At 36, I’ve done my fair share of facials, and even tried Botox and laser treatments before. I was looking for something that could refresh my skin, brighten my complexion, and help with hydration and firmness. I’ve had regular facials in the past, but I was curious to see how this 24-step anti-aging treatment compared to the typical ones I’ve tried.

From the moment I stepped into My Cozy Room, I immediately felt relaxed. The space is beautiful and I appreciated that the therapist took the time to understand my skin before we started.

The facial began with a deep cleanse and gentle exfoliation, followed by something I’d never tried before: the Royal Comb Ritual. A brass comb was used to massage my scalp, face, and chest to stimulate circulation and relieve tension. It felt so unique and surprisingly calming.

Next came a brush ritual where my beauty therapist applied the BeKind Miracle Oil and Youth Elixir. The brush strokes were very rhythmic and soothing. It honestly felt like a facial contour massage!

Then came the Golden Gua Sha Lift, which helped to sculpt and lift my face while improving blood flow. I could already see my skin looking more “awake” halfway through the session.

One of my favourite steps of the facial was the Silk Freeze Ritual, where a silk peptide mask was applied, followed by cryotherapy using cool crystal tools. It helped calm my skin after the extraction (which, by the way, was very effective and not painful at all), and left my face feeling tight, smooth, and refreshed.

The facial ended with The Golden Touch, a gentle massage using a 24K gold-plated tool. It felt incredibly luxurious and sealed in all the goodness from the previous steps.

The Results: Glowy, Clean, and Calm Skin

Immediately after the facial, I could see a big difference. My skin looked brighter, cleaner, and more hydrated. The blackheads on my nose and chin were gone, my pores looked smaller, and overall, my skin felt calm and smooth with zero redness.

What really stood out to me was how thoughtful and detailed each step of the facial was. Everything had a purpose, and my therapist explained things clearly throughout.  I was quite impressed by the many steps in the facial. Each one felt nice and helpful for my skin. The whole session truly a pampering experience that also delivered real results.

Absolutely. I walked out feeling like my skin had just been reset. It was hydrated, glowy, and noticeably firmer—and I didn’t need any downtime or recovery.
