If you’re like me and dread the extraction part of a facial, you’re not alone. In fact, extraction facials in Singapore often leave me tense, bracing for pain and only relaxing once it’s over. Unfortunately, I knew I needed a deep cleanse because my large pores get clogged easily.

My treatment started with a gua sha head massage, and within minutes, I felt my tension melt away. My beauty therapist was calm, professional, and quietly whispered the next steps, which allowed me to fully relax. Right from the start, it didn’t feel like a typical clinical facial; rather, it felt like a soothing spa experience.
The facial treatment spans 22 steps over 120 minutes, featuring deep cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, and a pore-refining mask to soften blackheads before the extraction. All products used during the treatment are from their luxurious in-house brand, BeKind Skincare, and tailored to individuals’ skin types.

To my surprise, the extraction was slightly uncomfortable but not painful at all. This was such a huge relief! Unlike my past facials, the extraction at My Cozy Spa was meticulous and gentle, handled by truly skilled hands.
After the extraction, my therapist used a high-frequency treatment to disinfect the skin, followed Afterwards, a high-frequency treatment was applied as an antiseptic followed by a soothing toner. My skin is quite sensitive, and although the extraction wasn’t painful, my beauty therapist applied a soothing elixir with the Coolight tool. This reduced all the redness straight away.
The Spa-Like Touches
The pampering during this premium extraction facial didn’t stop there. Afterward, I enjoyed a collagen gel application with a face and eye massage, and while my premium alginate mask worked its magic, I drifted into relaxation with a head, neck, and shoulder massage using hot stones. Bliss!
Best Extraction Facial: The Results
I checked my skin that evening, expecting post-extraction irritation — but instead, I was glowing! My complexion was smooth, plump, and firm, with no redness or bumps in sight. Even days later, my skin remained hydrated and luminous.
